Returns, exchanges & cancellation

You have 14 days after receiving the goods to decide whether the item(s) are right for you. We ask you to handle the jewelry carefully and not to return the items damaged, dirty or altered . Please note that personalized products cannot be returned/refunded.

A delivery note is enclosed with your order, this is not a return label . We would also like to point out that if you order less than €40, you will have to bear the costs for a return yourself.

If you send items back to us, we would be grateful if you adhere to the following procedure:

Please always return the items to us completely in their original packaging; This serves to protect the goods from transport damage when returning them.

The goods delivered may only be used for the purpose of testing - comparable to trying them on in a store. If the goods deteriorate due to continued use, we reserve the right to demand compensation.

Unfortunately, returns and complaints sent to us by letter cannot be accepted due to frequent delivery damage and lack of traceability.

Complaints, returns and return shipments should therefore always be sent with a tracking number.

Please keep the shipping receipt in case of any questions. We assume no liability for damage, loss or theft during transport .

Please fill out the enclosed delivery/return note completely, enter the reason for your return and enclose the return note.

For orders over 40 euros, we will cover the return shipping. Please request a return label at customerservice@engelsrufer.de . For orders under 40 euros, please send items to the following address:

Please remember to provide sufficient franking for your shipment.
It is best to keep your postal receipt as proof until the refund has been made.

Please note that a return can take a few days to be sent by post and our returns department also needs time to process it.

Excluded from revocation are goods that were made according to customer specifications or that are clearly tailored to the customer's personal needs (e.g. engraved items).

Processing time for a return and refund

Your return will usually be processed within 14 working days of arrival. The prerequisite for a refund is a cancellation within the statutory period of 14 days. Postage costs will not be refunded.

Refund PayPal

The refund will be made directly to your PayPal account. In your PayPal account you can specify whether the refunded amount should remain in your PayPal account or go back to your bank account.

Refund credit card

The refund will be credited directly back to your credit card. Please note that in some cases you will not be able to see the refund until the next credit card statement.

Refund SEPA transfer

The refund will be made directly to the bank account you used for the original payment. The money should be visible in your bank account within 5 days.

Refund Klarna

If you are returning goods that you paid for with Klarna, please log in to your Klarna customer account and follow the instructions for returning goods there. For further questions

Refund ideal

The amount will be debited as soon as you confirm the transaction. If you cancel your order before shipping, you will receive a refund for the amount debited. After the return shipment, the amount will be transferred back to your bank account.

Giropay refund

The refund will be made directly to the bank account you used for the original payment. The money should be visible in your bank account within 5 days.

Refund Apple Pay

The refund will be made directly to the bank account you used for the original payment. The money should be visible in your bank account within 5 days.

Refund Bancontact

If you return goods that you paid for via Bancontact, the full amount will be credited back to your bank account.

Refund with EPS

If you return goods, the amount will be credited back to your bank account. For EPS payments, a refund is only available within 180 days from the date of the original charge. After 180 days it is no longer possible to refund the payment.

Refund Przelewy24

The refund will be made directly to your Przelewy account. In your Przelewy account you can specify whether the refunded amount should remain in your Przelewy account or go back to your bank account.
