Which countries do we deliver to?

We deliver to all EU countries and the UK, unfortunately Switzerland is excluded.

How long does the delivery take?

Delivery takes place within 2 to 4 working days after receipt of payment.

How long does it take for my money to be credited after the return has taken place?

Your return will usually be processed within 14 working days of arrival. The prerequisite for a refund is a cancellation within the statutory period of 14 days.

What can I do if my order arrives defective?

If your order arrived defective, please send us an email to customerservice@engelsrufer.de with a picture of your defective piece of jewelry and your order number.

How can I return my order?

Send us an email to customerservice@engelsrufer.de within the cancellation period of 14 days, with your order number and the reason for your return.
